Luisa Montoya Jabaud

I am a tax lawyer admitted to the Paris and Colombia Bar Associations, with nearly twenty years of experience advising French and international families, entrepreneurs and private investors on the structuring, protection and transfer of their wealth.

Having trained in Colombia at Universidad Externado de Colombia and subsequently at Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, where I obtained a master's degree in Tax Law and a postgraduate diploma in Public Finance and Taxation, I developed my practice within leading international firms including EY and Dentons (formerly Salans).

My practice focuses on international private client tax and wealth planning, particularly in relation to:

• cross-border investment structuring;
• estate planning and intergenerational wealth transfer;
• global mobility and international tax residence matters;
• complex cross-border situations involving foreign entities, voluntary disclosures and tax controversies.

I also advise clients on their French real estate investments, providing a fully integrated approach from acquisition and ownership structuring to long-term wealth preservation and intergenerational transfer. As a lawyer authorized to act in real estate transactions, I personally assist clients in the search, selection and negotiation of real estate assets in France, ensuring that each investment is aligned with the family's long-term wealth, tax and succession objectives.
